About Us

Blayze Cor is a Nisku-based welding and repair shop built around one thing: difficult alloys and downhole tooling. We TIG-weld and rebuild components other shops won’t touch—Inconel, Monel, titanium, beryllium copper, 17-4 PH, P550, and the grades that show up every day in MWD/LWD and industrial hardware.

Our customers are oilfield and industrial teams that need parts back in spec and back in service. We focus on quality and turnaround: clear scope, disciplined welding practice, and schedules that respect yours. If it has to survive the hole or the plant floor, we treat it like it’s going on our own string.

How We Got Here

We started from welding and field reality: tools were run until wash and wear made them “scrap,” even when the body and alloy still had life. We built Blayze Cor to repair and rebuild those parts and restore the metal instead of defaulting to the trash bin. Repair is a cost-savings plan—when the alloy and geometry still have life, putting the part back in spec beats unnecessary replacement.

Four years as Blayze Cor and thirteen years in the trade means we’re past the learning curve on exotic materials and downhole geometry. You talk to the people doing the work, you get honest answers on what’s weldable, and you get work aimed at zero surprises when the part goes back out the door.
